
Rafael Estrada Michel
Lawyer from Escuela Libre de Derecho, graduated in Legal Anthropology from the National School of Anthropology and History, degree in Constitutional Law and a doctorate in Law from the University of Salamanca. Since 2004 he has been a professor of Public Law, Human Rights and Legal History at the Universidad Autónoma de Méxicola Universidad Pontificia de México, el ITESM, la Universidad Panamericana, la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, el Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, del Instituto Interuniversitario Ortega y Gasset, la Universidad de Quintana Roo, la Universidad La Salle de Morelia y la Escuela Libre de Derecho, in which he served as General Secretary. He has held various positions such as General Director of the Instituto de la Judicatura Federal, General Director of theInstituto Nacional de Ciencias Penales, General Director of Training and Dissemination in the Technical Secretariat for the Implementation of the New Criminal Justice System in the Secretaria de Gobernación and Senior Counselor in the Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos.
