Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He specialized in criminal law and international human rights law. He worked for the General Defender of the Argentine Nation, serving as Official Defenders in Oral Courts as well as before the Crime Chamber. He was a parliamentary advisor and advisor to the Presidency of the Council of Rectors of Private Universities in Argentina. He is permanently in Washington to give immediate attention to the inter-American human rights system.
